Before and After

Before you commit to a roofing company, qualify them

  • Make them provide a certificate of insurance with your name on it. If they can’t, they don’t have insurance!
  • Did you know? Roofers can be licensed and bonded with “NO” insurance in Alabama. They are only required to have a $10,000 surety bond.
  • Ask for references. Ask about their procedures and products they use.
  • Ask how long they have been in business.
  • Ask about their warranty.
